How it works
You print the initial design on a sublimation paper in the first step. Then, you use sublimation inks, and the machine puts them under heat so that they perfectly merge with the base fabric. This way, the design doesn't simply sit on top of the material. It becomes part of the base layers and ensures that the result will not merely fade over time.
The heat press transfers ultra-colorful pictures and letters via sublimation and dissolving ink onto the surface of the product. This means that the image will hold up over time through washing, use, and more.
The heat platen on this press is where the magic happens. It’s Teflon coated, and is 12” x 15” with a full range of heating coils for a consistent heated press across the entire surface. The platen is capable of heating to temperatures between 0 and 250ºC (around 430ºF).

Step 3—Set up your sublimation ink colors and select your product plate.
Step 4—Turn on and warm up your machine and start printing your design.

Temperature Setting:
- Press “SET”, The upper display will be showing “SP”, and the lower of display will be showing the temperature of last setting. Then enter into temperature setting option, press ▼ or ▲ (increase or decrease) to set the needed temperature. After setting well, please press “SET”, the upper display will show “SK” to go on the next step for time setting.
Time Setting:
- Press “SET” again, H1 LDE will be showing “ST”, then enter into the time setting. Press ▼ or ▲ (increase or decrease) to setting the needed time. (Normally the time is 180 seconds for mugs and 15-20 seconds for t shirt printing).
